This new waterfront two-story single family dwelling located in the Coral Cays Community will have 5854 square feet of living space with an attached 621 square foot three-car garage. Coral Cay homes are located in the Northwest Huntington Beach area of Huntington Beach, California.
This home was designed by Jim Caldwell of Harbour Bay Homes Development. Jim Caldwell is a fourth generation California born developer and has built over 40 waterfront homes in Newport and Huntington Harbor as well as Naples Island in Long beach. My office provided design and drafting services for Mr. Caldwell. We took Mr. Caldwell’s hand sketched drawings and created preliminary design drawings of the floor plans and elevations. These drawings were submitted to the homeowners association first and then we submitted to the California Coastal Commission for their approval before moving into the working drawings phase of the project.
This home features 5 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. The entry foyer is an open rotunda to the second floor above with a curved staircase. To the right of the entry foyer is the Doctor’s office which has a view from the front of the house all the way through to the back of house which sits on the water in beautiful Huntington Harbor, California.
